Consulting : LISAsoft Offerings

LISAsoft recently won a support contract through Industry and Investment (I & I) NSW’s tendering process. The support contract covers I&I’s DIGS/EROL applications.

EROL (Exploration & Environmental On-line Report Lodgement) is an extension to the DIGS (Digital Imaging of Geological Systems) database and enables exploration title holders and operators to lodge reports on-line from the I & I NSW website.

In addition to supporting the applications, I & I NSW engaged LISAsoft for a review of its system and documentation, with a view to provide future enhancements and maintenance. The onsite consultation included a study of the entire environment, including the systems databases and its supporting technology. Interview sessions with the catalogue’s users established the workflow and identified any new functionality they would like to see implemented.  The existing documentation was also examined and the inconsistencies with the current system identified. 

I & I NSW and LISAsoft are now working together to bring their system documentation up to date and upgrade their application server to ensure stability and performance as the application usage continues to grow.
