Can I make changes after I have been confirmed?

We are happy to accept participant substitutions any time prior to the class, provided the new participants meet the course prerequisites and foundational knowledge requirements.
Should i include GST with the payment?
GST is applicable in all cases and will be included in all quotations. It is not necessary to include tax on a Purchase Order.
How do I request a class that's not on the website?
If you cannot find what you're looking for, send a request to training [at] LISAsoft [dot] com.
We will try our best to meet your request or offer helpful alternatives.
Can I register by phone or email?
Yes, we take registrations via both email and phone.

Can I register online?
We currently do not have an online registration facility.
What time do classes begin?
As our courses are of varying durations they can run anytime throughout the week from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. Please check your confirmation email for your exact course details.
What is the refund policy for cancellations?
Cancellations that occur at least 15 business days prior to the start of the class will be subject to cancellation cost of 10% of the course fee.
Cancellations that occur less than 15 business days prior to the start of the class will be subject to cancellation cost of 100% of the course fee.
“No Shows” will be subject to 100% of the course fee.
LISAsoft reserves the right to cancel any class. If a cancellation is necessary, we will make every effort to notify you at least 10 business days in advance. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations sometimes require this notification period to be less. Please consider this when making your travel plans, as LISAsoft’s liability is limited to a full refund of the tuition only.
On-site training classes cancelled within 15 business days prior to the class start are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to training [at] LISAsoft [dot] com.

What steps are required to receive a seat confirmation?
Registration is considered pending and unconfirmed until payment is received.
You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been received.
Is there an examination following the course?
LISAsoft's training is based on practical work rather than examinations. Our training method ensures that our instructors and customers are able to monitor progress throughout the course and adjust accordingly, providing extra assistance as necessary. Most of these courses are intended to satisfy real world skill needs and the practicals are designed to match these goals rather than using a single exam at the end when the attendee will not have an opportunity for additional assistance.
